kilt at faire   really your not going to find a good kilt at faire, you may find an OK kilt but nothing thats actually good.

Kommando (sp?) Kilts...(I forget the name of the actual shop) they sell Utilikilts and the like, You may find something there to your liking. JP is referring to ACTUAL KILTS like 9 yarders from Scotland... quite pricey.
BUT with a kilt be advised, accessories are a must... a kilt pin (keeps your flap in place) a sporan, belt, shoes, hose, yeah.... but they have all that there.

I know three shops that carry reasonable kilts,  The Scots shoppe, Authentic Wardrobe, and Pendragon.  I've bought from both Authenic Wardrobe and Scots Shoppe they are reasonable price and quality about what you would get from Stillwater kilts.   Haven't purchased from Pendrago yet still saving up for their doublet, however they do have a good rep.
