I know this is not Sewing related, though I will be making garb for the litle one as she grows up into toddlerhood and beyond.

I wanted to share my joy with you all anyway. Naomi Nicole Schnurr was born on 14 March at 3:10pm. Weighing in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces at 18" long. What a lovely little girl. I know there will be changes galore in the coming months and pictures to go along with it.

Here are some of then first photos.

Thank you all for the kind words. The cutest thing about Naom, I right now, is that she squeaks! Yes SQUEAKS like a mouse. Naomi is precious.

I was telling my daughter that that was Naomi's way oF speaking. English is racing through her little brain. She can hear and understand the words, but cannot voice them as of yet. When Adrienne awake to nurse her this morning, she said that Naomi was squeaking in her sleep, as if conducting a conversation.

I will be going up to the Cities next week for a week or so to help out. I miss my little peanut already. I can hardly wait to give hr lots of hugs and kisses.

The very least you could do, Lady K, is show at least a little enthusiasm...   ;) ;)

A hearty congratulations to you! Is this your first grandchild?

LOL! My third daughter did that too!  She sounded like a squeaky toy and it was convincing enough to get the dog and Giggles' cats to stop what they were doing and look for the squeaker!  =)  Record it for posterity, because she'll outgrow it far too soon.
