I agree.  I dope dose up the girl child with it sometimes.   She tends to take after her Mama and feels the need to stare at the ceiling trying to solve world peace, cure cancer etc. instead of sleeping.

You do have to take more than one though.  LOL

sympathize. entirely. the mate has insomnia... 20mg of ambien and he's still up sometimes...

I could go to bed at 11 and wake up at 10. He would be more happy with going to bed at 4 and getting up at 7... *shudders*
