Sooo... today, I am garbing... an Efrit.  I have finally finished the costume portion, and now I'm starting on my make-up... by the time I'm done, I am hoping to at least appear to be... in flames.  Sort of... maybe...  If I do it right. 

NOT the way you guys envision Mouse in flames, however, so don't get your hopes up...  :P

They did pass the carry in your car on work property law, goes into effect this fall.

Dug all my camping gear out and started getting it ready. Never to early get prepared.  I think I might buy a camper soon, any recommendations for used ones under 6k? Pop-ups are all I am seeing really, but I have no experience with them.

YAY!!!  I'm FINALLY ready... and I don't think I will EVER do this make-up AGAIN!!!  ::)  I think it might just look ok, though... so I'll make sure someone gets a pic so I can show off my handywork. 

Not bad for a last minute cosplay idea... and it only took me about an hour to MAKE my dress!  LOL  :P

Pop ups are easy...we had one growing up.

Thanks, ya'll!  It was kinda fun being sought out by one of the judges so they could give me the award, even though I didn't even enter the contest because I got there too late to register.  Later, the contest director told me that she would have let me in, anyway, and that next year I have to enter!  :D 

I had an awesome time today, and just got home about 4:30am, after sitting around talking to the Con directors and coordinators, and several very long-time participants all night...  Truly excellent day!  And now I'm exhausted, and I have to get at least a few hours of sleep so I can get up in teh morning and go back, because I'll be buying comics!!!

WHAT?!?  I NEVER start it!  HE starts it, and I make some completely innocent observation (stop laughing... :P ) about one of his outrageous statements, and there he goes, off and running!  ;)  :D
