Getting enough sleep for the first time in a very long time!   And finally figuring out what's been causing the problems with my feet...

Riding down the elevator with a soft spoken co-worker and several unknown folk between us.  Co-worker mumbles "you....... floss......*ly?  "looks late".   

What? I replied.  "Do I floss daily - I'm late?!?"


Speaking up he says "No, I said you've lost a lot of weight lately, looks great.  But, I'm sure you floss too".

Made me feel pretty good AND we all got a laugh - double whammy.

i finally have a partner in my work for the theater who is competant, actually does the work he says he does, and great guy all around to work with.  for once it is an actual 50/50 split on work.  It is wonderful I finally get to be "creative" on some of the items I do.   It is a wonderful feeling to see my To do list for the theater actually dwindeling each day, and I still get to go to bed at 10PM.  No more staying up to midnight just to have things done in time for opening.  AND i still get time to be with my friends and family.  I'm actually enjoying doing my work while actually doing it.

Having a GORGEOUS late spring day with an awesome cool breeze blowin' throughout th' house! I'd LOVE to bottle this weather for later in the summer!

My pup is finally picking up on commands and is figuring out the whole housebreaking business!

Taking less than an hour to clean the kiddos room!

Taking the protectors off my little tomato and pepper plants and finding out they are growing in leaps and bounds!

telling the dog to lay down and go to sleep and she lays down and cuddles close to you

Going to my cardiologist this morning and finding out that my mechanical heart valve's warranty is still good.

Getting to use my new jeweler's bench block for the first time, and getting the hang of it right away!  


And... helpful instructions for fixing something that's been bothering me lately... even if they're not really instruction I can actually USE.    



And reading that Merlin's ticker is still ticking away like clockwork!
