I'm just really tired of people pretending there's any REAL difference between one administration and another... or one political party and another.  They're all equally corrupt, and until the entire SYSTEM is changed, nothing ELSE is going to change...  

It's time to cut out all this partisan bull$#!+ and bring this country into the new millennium...  and if necessary, tear down this inherently flawed system and build a new one that works, and that is completely in the interest of THE PEOPLE!!!  I'm tired of further lining the pockets of those in power... no matter what their party affiliation, and if anyone is still stuck on this whole "my party is better than your party" crap, then they're completely missing the fact that the two party system is maintained in order to keep people divided enough so that they will waste the power of solidarity on petty bickering that keeps the AMERICAN PUBLIC powerless to accomplish anything in the very country that they OWN!!!

Having been married to a Brit, I can honestly tell you that there is another side to the story of the Pilgrims leaving England to come to the New World. The Brits WANTED the Pilgrims to leave. Seems the Pilgrims were making life unbearable over in England, trying to force their particular flavor of Christianity on everyone else around them over there.

You know me well enough to know I am anything but PC, however I get barraged with political arguments all day long, and I come to places like this to step away from the BS of "real life". Truth is simple- politicians are a parasitical breed of subhumanity who live off of the hard work of others while doing the least amount of work possible. Statesmen work for the people for the good of the people. We have too damned many of the former in all parties, and not enough of the latter. Till that changes, the entire mess just disgusts me to no end, hence why I am on forums like this, as well as forums for art, games, writing, etc. I avoid political forums for a reason.
