     It's your friend Capt. William Drake, and I just received my hand made leather tricorn hat from Barons hats.  Words fail to describe this work of art.  I ordered the brown leather tricorn hat with an aged weathered look to it.  The quality of this hat is truly top notch and I whole heartily recommend this company to any fellow ren faire person who is looking for a special piece to set off their garb.  I will try to put up some pics as soon as I can.  This coming Saturday is the opening day for the ren faire in Tuxedo NY and I can't wait.  Hope to see you their.

I have heard many good things about Barons in LA.

A dear friend of mine had them make the replica hat worn by Russell Crowe from '3:10 To Yuma'. Cost her a small fortune, but was worth it. She was impressed with the high quality. All hats are custom made and go through the steaming, shaping, and finishing process that takes several weeks to accomplish to get the desired look.
