If youre a girl; you stop cutting your hair and practically buy stock options in cream rinse for said hair to keep it growing nice.....
Normal? What's that?

The surgeon had threatened to cut my beard off to keep the field sterile. Nim made two braids, and tied them behind my neck. Then our friends in the anesthesia department brought by some crazy caps and got it covered up. Most of the rest of my body got shaved, but I kept my beard.

You have to set priorities... :P

You drop your child off at day care on Halloween and don't even blink an eye when half the staff is in full wench/peasant garb from faire. While the other parents are trying to figure out how the teachers can chase children and still wear corsets.
It is kind of strange watching your personal history become costume.

Rowan MacD

My 23 year old son came over to borrow garb for the costume party and I just about had a coronary because he refused to wear a frock coat.
I thought I raised my kids to dress better that that!
I also told him not to worry about losing the pirate beads on his head scarf....I have 10-15 more.
What doesn't kill me-had better run.

When your standing outside shop waiting for the rest of your friends and someone thinks you work at that shop your garb is convincing enough.
Normal? What's that?

I had a "lady" get very mad at me this season because I DIDN'T work at a shop!  I was with one of my daughters, just browsing, and this "lady" kept asking me questions about the products (childrens hats, wands, wings, ect.)  I told her that I was sorry, I didn't work there so I didn't have the answers for her and she got VERY snippy with me!  Oh well.

..., after work in the middle of the week, you drive 90 miles round trip to see a critically castigated romantic comedy movie (All's Faire in Love) just to soak up the Faire ambiance of the film because you are suffering from Post Fairematic Stress Syndrome.

You can't find "regular" women's undergarments that provide the same support and seriously consider adding (more) boning to your regular bras.
