Yes.. Cher!  Yeah, I'm thinking Carol & Vicki Lawrence had characters that dressed very similar as well.

That's so true, yet...there is nothing to censor, really...

Are you saying that some freedom loving US citizen would actually hide the BMW add, as in out of sight, with no content reason to censor ?
