What's wrong with the garb you wear to TRF ladylyn?  There are barbarians in Sherwood Forest.  

The gates to the Texas Renaissance Festival are closed so here we all come to prepare for Sherwood Forest Faire.

Good to hear there are barbarians and Vikings in Sherwood! Although... one might deem my barbarian garb a bit "racy".  Seems OK given the atmosphere at TRF,  but  one would hate to be "underdressed for the party" at a faire you've never attended.

66 days really isn't that long after counting out the next couple weeks shopping and decorating, the week prepping food before Christmas; the week after cleaning up; the week after New Years undecorating, and that only leaves five weeks to finish garb, pack, attend gathering and cleanup, then it will be time for opening canon. 

Sherwood Faire is almost here!

I come up with 38... In Mundane Days, it's 65 days until Opening Cannon. Consider the following:

Winter Solstice doesn't count, because we'll be in the forest dancing naked,
18 weekend days don't count, because of massive intake of Jack Daniel's,
5 days between Christmas and New Years Day don't count, for same reason noted above,
Jan 2nd doesn't count, as it is a day of recovery for what we did above,
My birthday doesn't count, because Jack Daniel's will be visiting again,
Ground Hog Day doesn't count, because groundhogs don't read calendars, silly!...
