Four Winds (again, hopefully)
North Texas Irish Festival (got to get our passes!!)
Scarborough (as many weekends as possible!)
A-Kon (not a Faire but a ton of fun)

Now that is an accomplishment.

For me, it will be Sherwood (January Gathering); Sherwood, Sherwood, Sherwood, Sherwood, Sherwood, Sherwood, Sherwood, Sherwood, probably Scarby first weekend, TRF at least once.  Whee!

Right now the husband and I will be at the following :

Opening weekend of SWFF ( And any other weekend he has off from work )
We're gonna try for opening weekend at TRF, and at least one more during it's run.
And a real iffy "maybe" on any Scarby weekend.

April 23rd is our one year wedding anniversary, so we're trying to plan our faires around our 2 week vacation back to my home state of NC. I know, the RF meetup is there this year, and if the Wayne County airshow isn't going to happen this year before our date then we will do Carolina for our celebration.

Don't forget TRF, hun... although it probably goes without saying that we'll be there. Hopefully opening weekend and once more.

Our previous plans to visit a new faire this year are on hold as we're planning on puppies this summer. But my 15-year-old daughter and I will be getting our first season passes this year for our home faire of Bristol. We're hoping to go at least one day each weekend to participate in RenQuest! We also stocked up on day tickets for the hubby, so we can go as a family a few times as well. We'll just be playing it by ear to see if we can squeak in a weekend visit to another Faire later in the Fall.

Rowan, Dubuque, IA is about an hour or so north of the Quad Cities.  Davenport, IA is one of the Quad Cities.  Do you mean to say the Highland Games & Celtic Festival is in Davenport, not Dubuque?  I'd be thrilled if it was in Dubuque, but it's never been held there, so could you please check?  Because if it is, I'd love to go!

This is what is on the schedule for me.  Some of the small events may change depending on the mundane life getting in the way.

March:  Faire Workshops/Rehearsals
April:  School Event (Renaissance History - Living History)
April - May:  50th Anniversary Renaissance Pleasure Faire
June:  School Event (Renaissance Education)
July:  Old Ft. MacArthur Days (Timeline Event)
August:  Big Bear Renaissance Festival
September:  Northern California Renaissance Faire (4th Weekend, maybe more)
October:  Age of Chivalry - Las Vegas Renaissance Festival
October:  Living History Gathering
December:  Dickens Fair - Northern California

increases strength, and sharpens the wits.'

Still hammering out dates, but so far it's shaping up like this:

Virginia -May 12 & 13
GLMF - entire run
Pittsburgh - September
ORF - October

MAYBE - Michigan Labor Day Weekend, and/or Carolina for Rendezvous.

I'm also looking at into Sterling or Bristol, but there's quite a bit of belt tightening to be done this year so that may only be wishful thinking on my part.
