  Any faster, I'd have some `splainin' to do, Lucy. After being off for 6-weeks for health reasons, if I tell them I need a couple days off to go to a Ren Faire, I'm liable to get expelled from the school! No...Feb 10 is about the right time to take a day off...

I have been around this thread, just not stopping long, bouncing around several threads.

Holiday obligations have calmed down a bit, but gearing up for Sherwood now.  (If I can get the sewer drain line cleared before then. )

Both the husband and I are re-checking our garb ( I may be upgrading my style, I feel like it's too plain ) and getting ready for opening weekend, where we will be camping at faire for the first time! So excited!

We're camping as well.  The Quality Inn in Bastrop is supposed to have some nice tents complete with king-sized bed and full bath, microwave and `fridge.  Old bones need some special treatment, unfortunately.

I was just discussing being out there for the gathering and thinking... It's Sunday, 5 weeks from today I will be stumbling out of my tent for day two.
Day two is usually a bit slower moving than day one for some reason.
