Contacting Management?

Hey all!
I'm trying to come out and visit Sherwood in March if possible, but I'm afraid I need some advice from you all, if you would be so kind!

Based on previous experiences with Entertainment Directors I find that giving some warning is necessary so they don't kick my scaly dragon butt right out I've send a few emails to the email address posted on the website and haven't gotten a reply for quite some time. I'll probably call in the next few days if I don't get a reply, but would you all know the best way to get in contact with the Entertainment Director of Sherwood? Is there someone else that I should contact regarding attending in costume (like Marketing, Operations, Security, etc.) instead of Entertainment?
Travel plans won't wait forever I'm afraid

I don't want to be a bother but plane tickets wait for no man so I'll see if he responds to this in the next few days; if he doesn't, then I'll send him a PM.
I've heard from so many people when I came down for TRF that Sherwood was amazing that I really wanted to come and see what's there - I can't wait to see it all!

We can only make one trip to Sherwood in a season...it's an 8-hour drive.  But, we'll get a chance to see you again, I'm sure! RenDezvous 2012 perhaps?  I've got a feeling that the contacts you're making all over are going to land you some gigs. You're the most unique character I've seen in a while!
