My friend and I made the paper tape version as seen on Thread Bangers on youtube (do a search and they'll pop right up). But I used a PVC pipe instead of their suggested tree limb (wierd, guess cause it's free), and the x-mas tree stand. Then I filled the form with expanding foam, which made it *really* heavy and it tips easily. Even if you stuff it with plastic bags or something light, if you use the x-mas tree stand, you'll have to secure the PVC pipe down with womething substantial *and* stiff to hold it in place. I'm still working on a solution that won't restrict the use of the stand--I still need to put up a x-mas tree!! Also, after your friend cuts you out of the paper tape, you'll have to use a measuring tape to assure it's your correct measurement. I had to double up the "seam" in the back to get the right size, then cover it with paper tape. This method doesn't gum up your pins, and you don't get the "duct tape collapse" that happens over time with a DTD.

If your dress form on the PVC pipe is the perfect height for you, then you could set it in a 5 gallon bucket of concrete, and very easily just "tip and roll" it to wherever you need it to be.  It won't ever tip over accidentally, and if you would rather make it removable from the bucket you can simply place a very slightly wider piece of PVC pipe into the concrete so that the top of it sticks out an inch or so, then just slip the dress form pipe inside of that one.

Yes,
I recommend the Paper Tape earlier in this thread as it is way cheaper to create, and it does not make your pins stick in, and if someone has issues with smell? Sometimes duct tape...smells badly, you don't need to stuff it, but expanding foam would be fun to play with.  We have made these 10 years ago, and when a friend lost weight we had to step on the dummy to deflate it. I use mine a lot!
