So here's the deal this year my church is doing Kingdom Rock for Vacation Bible School well we are wanting to dress up our head pastor our youth pastor youth pastor intern our associate pastor and our music director up in costume and the one rule is no spandex. so what myself and head drama team leader are thinking is that we dress them in tights yesss tights and puffy shorts and poetic shirts but i don't even know what the name of the puffy shorts that go over the tights are called or even how to find 5 pair
any suggestions to where to find these and where to find tights for men too

The Puffy pants you are referring to are called Pumpkin Pants or Slops. Slops come paned and unpaned.

Here are Paned Slops and pants are also called Venetians . The correct term is Breeches.
