Getting so close now.  I'm unsure of what weekends I will be out.  I know I will be there for a wedding, but that is the only one set in stone for now.  Sean has baseball tournaments just about every weekend from Opening through November so it's all a crap shoot.

Autumn is HERE, finally!!!  My excitement level just TRIPLED!!! 

Still haven't had a chance to get the new tent set up and seam sealed, since my back has kept me mostly on the couch for the last several weeks, but I'm hopeful it will be letting up soon.  We've been able to pull some of the garb out to air and/or wash, and the accessories bin is handy, just waiting to be organized.  The new sleeping bags are pretty amazing, and really nice for the price! 

Wish we were headed that way right now, though...  OpenopenOPEN!!!

We miss wearing garb so much during the off season that when we finally get to the campgrounds we tend to just spend the weekend in garb, even if it necessitates a change of clothing after the fireworks.  Generally we swap out cooler day garb for warmer evening garb, or just supplement what we've been wearing all day.  Maybe loosen the laces, or even leave the bodice/corset behind in camp, but keep the skirts and chemise just because they're more comfortable than mundanes, and it carries over the feeling that the whole weekend is Faire, whether we're inside the gates or sitting around the fire.
