I had an amazingly good palm/tarot card reading this year at TRF.  I've had some pretty good ones various years, but nothing like the deadly acuity of this one.  It was like she had just read my biography to me.

And now I am kicking myself that I didn't get more information about the person that did the reading.

Would anyone here know about that booth and who runs it?  Are they traveling workers, or are they contracted from the Greater Houston area?  If the latter, do they have a rest-of-the-year location?  I would love to be able to go to the woman who did mine more regularly.  If they travel, is there anyway for me to follow their progress to see if they will be at any of the smaller Ren fests here in TX?  A contact number for their company or something like that?

Not sure if there is more than one psychic booth but just in case ... I went to one that is in the small clump of freestanding (not perimeter, not an inside circle) booths in the Southwest corner of the festival ... near the several small gardens and chapel.

I appreciate any responses at all ... so po'ed at myself over this!

Was it a group of small tents close to the Polish Pub? If so, that was the old Celestial Circus (or whatever their name is now). The two principal readers are Lorana Clark & Pat Rickard (Madame Fatima). Lorana is a road rennie & Pat has a shop in Old Town Spring. Other readers cycle through as needed.

Can you remember what your reader looked like?

Yes, near the Polish area ... couldn't remember what was there, just the side of the faire it was on.

She wore glasses, would guess she was around 45-50, and her hair was light brown, not much gray in it (early gray-er here so I always notice this!).

It is not Lorana Clark, I just looked her up on facebook.  My reader didn't have that sort of elaborate style, she was not a make up and jewelry sort of lady afai could tell.

I also know that she didn't do medium readings, because she stated she had promised her mother she would not do so.  That makes me think she is not either of the women you mentioned, since I see they both do them, but you gave me a great place to start looking ... TY!

Edited to correct grammatical ambiguity.

It might not hurt to contact Lorana and describe the person you are trying to find to her.  She might be able to provide some insight.
