We won an item at the silent auction spring break weekend and had made plans to make the payment and have the item mailed to us.  Our check finally cleared in mid may and we still have not received the item. If there are any members here, please pm me!  Thanks !

The auction was at sherwood for some poi balls. My husband bid on it so I  am not sure whose product it was.  Its now been almost a month since rescue cashed our check and we haven't received anything. Its frustrating that we spent money that we really couldn't afford at the time to help a good cause and get this type of treatment.  I am hoping something got lost in the shuffle.

Trill, have you tried contacting RESCU directly?

I sent them an email yesterday and got a response today.  They are looking into for me!  Thanks for your help Rani!  I knew someone around here would know something!

Oh, I'm so glad, Trill!  You'll have to post pics of your poi when they come in!  I spin just a little, and Scally can do several fun moves, with practice poi... and we always like to see what everyone else is using.

LOL, we will see!  I tend to smack myself in the head with them...   My hubby has some LED poi that I play with sometimes, they really hurt!

Heheh  Yeah... I have the same problem.    Scally has a pair of the LED ones, and I can't even begin to count the times I've brained myself with them!  I've been threatening to make a pair with tennis balls for years, now... and I have everything I need to do it with... I'm just too lazy to cut the chain with the hacksaw.     I have a pair of bolt-cutters now that should do the trick, though... so maybe I'll actually get them done this summer, finally! 


Maybe I should make them out of koosh balls and ribbon, though... just to make sure I have some brain cells left!  lol
