One REALLY good thing about this weather is that we'll be able to see where the water ponds... last year, after the RenNado, i had to cross damn near knee deep water to get from my spot to the rest of our camp.

They updated it and the closure is set for the 25th now and not tomorrow.

I'm so sad, went to the quickie mart to get tickets and they were all gone (though I did get onto a mailing list, so hopefully I'll have a surprise in my mailbox soon), and the lady in front of me snagged the last of the cool necklace thingies (when there are 3 people behind you, it's really not polite to grab a handful of something and not leave anything for other people standing there...)  On the plus side, getting to see the King Midas' Masquerade headquarters was pretty cool!

Just wanted to say that yesterday we received the tickets we signed up for at the open house, and we are even more excited for opening weekend to hurry up and get here!!!  Thanks to whomever was in charge of mailing those out!
