If so, then maybe you have what it takes to be a member of the TRF ROYAL AMBASSADOR CLUB!
The Royal Ambassador Club is an exclusive group of people who will act as supporters and ambassadors, helping spread the word about everything that makes the Texas Renaissance Festival the best of its kind and the #1 Cultural Festival in the nation!
MEMBERSHIP HATH ITS PRIVILEGES:
Being a part of this exclusive group comes with many benefits, including:
• Special Badge of Office
• An official TRF ID Badge ("Gold Card") to be used for vendor discounts, event admittance, and other perks.
• 2 free Texas Renaissance Festival tickets to each member.
• Special members only "season pass" purchase opportunity.
• Additional TRF tickets available for purchase at group discount rate.
• 4 free camping or 8 preferred parking passes.
• An exclusive club t-shirt.
• Free souvenir program.
• TRF Souvenir mug.
• Presentation by King and Queen at either morning, noon, or evening proclamation.
• Reserved seating and recognition at one of the Royal Joust performances.
• Special access pass for the TRF After Dark night club.

BECOMING A MEMBER:
To apply for membership, fill out the application form found on the Downloads Page of the Festival website:
http://www.texrenfest.com/#downloads
Applications will be taken until August 31, 2015 and accepted members will be notified no later than September 9, 2015.
Membership is issued solely at the discretion of the Texas Renaissance Festival management and may be revoked at any time. Membership is non-transferable. Only members may claim discounts, tickets, giveaways, and event access.
The Texas Renaissance Festival reserves the right to alter or terminate this program at any time.

About that night club...I'm guessing that's taking the place of the Masquerade?  I ask because I haven't heard anything about it at all this year and it's not on the website.

I haven't heard anything about it either, but it sounds intriguing.  I didn't get to attend, but loved the photos from the Masquerade last year.

So...it's $20 to get in or $40 if you want the buffet or $750 if you want to buy a VIP table. IF you can get 10 people to go to share the table it's $75 per person (max they'll allow per table) and it includes admission, food, bottle service and set ups...does that mean we can bring in our own booze? And on top of all that you have to buy campground tickets and drinks are $8 per drink. Unless I could get 10 people to go with me and get the VIP I don't think I could afford the drinks.  I normally go through a 6 pack or more of cider in a night out there. That'd be $48 in drinks alone...yeah can't afford that.
