Hi all,
I am hoping that someone will be able to assist me.
I m looking to make at least 1 H/A and functional surcoat.
I have some skill, ormally more patience than skill.
Are there any good patterns out there?

Thanks
Crazy

For a woman or a man?

There's a nice thread on the Burda sideless surcoat pattern in this forum: http://www.renaissancefestival.com/forums/index.php?topic=3245.0

My favorite pattern is at

I've made a surcote using this method a few times now.  It's really lovely on and it's simple to do.

This is the Period Pattern for Tunics that I think you are looking for:

This is for Tunics which can be adapted for men and women

Or these which are actually Cotehardies, but some call them Surcoats
