I haven't done much searching yet but thought I'd check here to see if anyone knows of a commercial pattern for the shirt shown below. The shirt is a traditional hunting shirt made of blanket wool. The only place I know that sells them is www.shrewbows.com. At any rate, I would like to make a few of these. One for myself, wife and kids. You can buy nice 60"x80" wool blankets from Harbor Freight for around $6.00 to $8.00.

Thanks, Jon.

It looks like your basic T-tunic.  There are a couple of good online patterns/tutorials:

This one may be a little more flared than you want, but that would be easy to adjust (also for fit and length).

Here's another.

For commercial patterns, I've used a Simplicity pattern that now appears to be discontinued, which doesn't help you at all.  It's a bit busy here at the moment (Christmas Eve rush LOL), but I'll try to dig up some more info when I get back to the computer later this afternoon.

Hmm... That first one looks pretty good.

I picked up my $8.00 "test" blankets from Harbor Freight last week. Now for a prototype!

Thanks renniegirl, I'm checking into it right now. They may have two that are close.
