Being that I am in a shop most of the day, I don't get to see much anymore. 

My favorite addition is not hired by the Festival.  It's this adorable act of a sword yielding miniature Duke chasing the thieves, fairies, townsfolk and jesters of the kingdom with a great grin on his face!

I like Skid Mark, but think he talks too much about modern subjects to keep patrons in the Ren Mood. 

Love the new kilt shop.

Haven't seen enough of anything else to comment.

Am I stupid or something? I haven't noticed really anyone new. Skid mark I guess. He, as always is funny, but I agree, too much modern stuff to keep people Ren interested.

I guess since we are nearing the end, none of it really seems new anymore... but I'll get you rolling....

new would include: a new prince & princess, a new jack sparrow, a new chancellor, german bro's, fool hardy has 2 new shows, new game where the windmill used to be (it fell down, for the record), new arch bishop, a couple new shops, a new Snot (sorry), a new matchmaker, new members of celtic legacy, 2 new acts in the pirates pub (4 S's & Scots on the rocks), a new red-n-yellow foole, 2 new faeries (yeah, that's youse guys), yes, skidmark, the magicians, new juggling & fire act on the street, etc. etc.

that should get you going.

New CaptJack. I loved the old and New but in one day I became a close friend of the New one.
The New Journal shoppe. Once again I loved the old one but the new one is very nice
The Pillow/Tapastry shoppe just wish I had the money to buy 2 mnatching ones
Hamsters being seen
Metal Chalices, Goblets and mugs at the shope on the far west end by the Smella-phants
Cooler weather and not in the high 90's every weekend.

Tea shoppe (maybe it isn't new but I discovered it this year and OH so yummy)

ok..so in answer to my own question...yes..I am a very large dummy-head lol

I love all of those things and people. I really like things to change it gives characters and shows new angles and more fresh approaches. Change is always welcome in my world But if I had to have a top five...also in no particular order

1. New Prince and Princess
2. New Fairies
3. The Journal Shop (but I thought that was there last year?)
4. The King and Queen's new costumes
5. Lady Crystal's mask yesterday

You are correct, there was a journal shop there last year.  Actually, there has been a journal shop there for as long as I can remember (5 minutes or so) but this one is a new artisan from previous years.
