Well with gas as it is... what you do ride or drive to to save gas, or drive just because?

Since I live close to where I work I have a little scooter only 50cc. Love riding it and have my tail hanging off the back.

I get 70 mpg and get to park close to the doors at work.

I wish I drove something to save gas....my Jeep is the anti-gas lol.  Althought I been looking at those scooters fondly the last few months :D

My main vehicle to get me to work and back only A 1993 Toyota T-100 pickup. but my favorite is my 2003 Canteen color 4X4 XTerra with X-Gaia plates

NHow leets see how many of you can get the meaning of XTerra with X-Gaia plates.

Unlike mother earth above I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty 4x4 Sport...with much bigger than normal tires..so..EXTRA less gas

I drive a Civic because it gets pretty good mileage, but I actually rarely drive it. Usually I ride the bus to work.
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

jinx

I drive a terribly ugly (XD) 1993 Pontiac Sunbird.  It's a bit of a junker, but it gets fairly good gas mileage...so it's totally worth its ugliness.

We have an '04 Aztek.  Not the greatest on gas, but awesome cargo space and (when we drive) we spend about 90% of our time on the highway.

Unfortunately I'm stuck with my F150. I love the truck, but the mileage SUCKS! I drive 30 miles one way to work. Keeping my eyes out for an alternative.
Don't forget to smell the roses, but watch out for the thorns!

I know that feeling as I drive almost 40. Lucky for me my T100 gets 20 to 23MPG pretty good for a pickup. My XTerra only gets 18 or so. Only drive it on weekends and when I have to to work

'06 Suzuki LS650 for day to day, about 50 mpg with my heavy hand.
'08 Ford E-150 cargo van for Faire, 14 mpg, ouch! But the space is wonderful, ask everybody that drank out of it at Scarby.

I rolled my little beater so now I drive a '93 ford ranger. It gets about 25 mpg and I only drive 10 miles for school but jason lives about 45 miles away so driving that a couple times a week sucks.

Our minivan with the good gas mileage blew up before TRF last year, so now we drive a '99 Ford conversion van with the same 14 mpg, ugh.  But the good news is we work from home, so other than trips to buy food we don't have to use it much until faire time, then we absolutely love it!
