If i had to pick one I would have to go with platypus, that way I could have eggs, milk and meat. lol J/K Sorry, I couldn't resist.  I would probably have to go with a cow.

Ok ... that is TOO FUNNY! Because I posed this question with friends of ours at dinner the other night - at first many said Chicken - for the meat and eggs - then some one brought up the meat, milk (cheese, butter) from a cow. Then someone hit on Platypus as well for those reasons. Then the conversation went downhill as I mimicked milking a platypus.
