These are our two girls. Sydney is a black lab/huskie mix. And Maddie is a Scottish Terrier.

Pics of my little girl, Isis.  Named after Catwoman's cat in the good Batman cartoons (before the crap they pass off as Batman cartoons now).  She was a valentine's present from my husband (then fiance) 2 years ago.  We adopted her from the shelter when she was 2, and she chose us as much as we chose her.  In fact, she was the last cat in the place we looked at, and when she met us gave us a look that said "what took you so long to get to me?"

(just about had enough pictures taken...)

This is Wompuss. Who was an only child for several years, since she was an abandoned little cotton ball with blue eyes. I had to feed her with a bottle. She's very calm and dignified and prissy. Doesn't like to even use the litter box if anyone is watching lol (So she very loudly objects to the new puppy's daily thrashings and sexual "overtures". lol)

Let me start by saying - That's not MY toothbrush!! (It belonged to an ex bf whom Wompuss wasn't very fond of) I was packing and came into the bathroom and caught her doing this...just too funny, I had to get the camera! lmfao  (even HE laughed...eventually...)

This is my Misu. (It's Polish. Her whole registered name is Biala Mala Misu which translates into "Little White Teddy-Bear.") A gift for my birthday from the current bf, in a puppy purse with all sorts of sparkly little accessories and outfits - like a real life my little pony - I couldn't help but laugh at that. She refused to walk and only wanted to be carried in that purse when she was outside for the first few months.) She's a Bichon Frise which is a curly french lap dog and true to the breed she's very cuddly and always wants to be pressed against someone, squeezed into any little space she can find, no matter how strange the position she ends up in. A perfect little ladies companion. Misu wants to do everything we do and even follows guests into the bathroom lol. Fortunately/unfortunately she's very clever - which she uses for her precocious and mischievous little plots - but she's also very amusing, quite the life of the party so you can't help but forgive her. I'm plotting some adorable little ren outfits for her...

This is my Tampa Bay Humane Society Rescue, a 4 yr. old Min-Pin (Miniature Pinscher), named Capt. Jackie Blue.  I decided I needed a "riding buddy", while I was on the road.  He absolutely LOVED going to the faire!  He enjoyed being around all the people, and everyone loved him.

He was even adopted by a couple of Faire Auntie's, too!
Auntie Liza.

Auntie Delight.

So, then, we had to come home....and introduce Capt. Jack to his Big-Little Brother, Velvet, a 1 yr. old Black Lab/Golden Retriever mix!  Jack wasn't too keen on another dog vying for Mom's attention.

Velvet wasn't so sure about this new kid in the house, either.  I was his Mommy first!

Finally, they realized that there was nothing they could do about their situation, so Jack decided to show Velvet some pictures of the people he'd met at the faire.

Now, they get along....well, sometimes they get along.  I think Jack really can't wait to get back out on the road, to tell you the truth.  He misses everyone, too.  *lol*

This is Pete and Jack.  Pete is a terrier mix and Jack is a Rat Terrier.  They get along very well and sometimes they rest together on the deck after patrolling the yard.   :)

Lady Renee Buchanan

We adopted another rescue dog on Mother's Day.  We got her from RAGOM, Retrieve a Golden of Minnesota, our third RAGOM dog.  She is a 3 year old mixed breed, half yellow lab & half golden retriever.  Her face and body resembles a lab, but her nose has the darker gold/red color of a golden retriever.  Her back legs and tail also have the golden feathering.

She is afraid of so much, because she was a puppy mill dog and lived in a crate and had litter after litter of puppies.  RAGOM rescued her when she was 2 1/2, and the foster mother had her almost a year until we adopted her.  Her foster mother did a wonderful job of socializing her, but she is still scared of almost any noise, our son Matthew, and she cringes whenever you go to pet her.  Her name when we got her officially was Little Bear, but her foster mom called her Blondie.  We renamed her.

Here is our beautiful Glory Halleluia.

Tipsy Gypsy

5 weeks ago, we had to set our dear old Rowdy's soul free. We decided the holiday weekend would be a good opportunity to bring home a new little one as a compamion to our half-Pyrenees girl Cassidy. This is Caleb, an 8-week old hound mix:

"It's just water, officer, I swear. And yeast. And a little honey. How the alcohol got in, I have no idea!"

Tipsy Gipsy, your new baby is so cute!  And with the similar coloring, they even look like mother and daughter.  Good luck with your new family addition.
