So just wonder who everyones favorite pirates are? Doesn't matter if they are real or from a book or a movie.

Mine are Calico Jack & my Ladiedragon  ;)

My favorites are Calico Jack and Henry Avery, but so far I haven't met a pirate I haven't liked. :)

Blackbeard, because recent evidence is showing there was a much more complex individual behind the legends; Charles Vane, because the guy had style; and William Dampier, for his contributions as a scientist/philosopher/buccaneer.
