I had a really excellent scotch egg - must have been new oil because I've had some that weren't so good.  When I described it to my bff, a nurse, she said it was a cholesterol bullet.  Like the later fish 'n chips & apple dumpling weren't!  The good news about being laced in is that a couple of bites is filling.
