...or perhaps a Massage Practitioner...well, you've come to the right place...and that place would be here:

http://renewwellnesscenter.net/

Tracy Cowley who owns and operates Renew Wellness Center is my Massage "Ya Ya Sister"! We went to massage school at the same time and graduated. What we both learned from the place we went to is...most of the stuff we learned, we had to hunt down for ourselves! To wit...Tracy had developed a 4 month Practitioner Program as well as a 9, 12, and 17 month Massage program filling in the gaps we both felt our school left us with. The 9, 12, and 17 month classes are all LMT classes.  The first two are accelerated. The 17 month is two evenings per week while the others are day classes at 8 hours per day 2 or 2 1/2 days per week. The 4 month is a Practitioner course and can that time can be applied to any of the 3 LMT classes.

To be honest, if her school had existed when I was looking to become a Massage Therapist...THIS would have been the place I would have enrolled!

Tracy is a wonderful, warm and sensitive person who truly loves helping other people and training them to pass on that caring through the gift of ethical touch and massage. The variety of classes she offers exemplifies her willingness to encompass any and all who are at different places in their life whether you are just thinking about a field to go into, needing a new path to walk or retired and want to keep active and try something new while helping others.

Her Web Page is extensive in its information but if you have any questions, just give her a call and I know she'll be happy to explain anything to you! Better yet, stop by for a (very reasonably priced) relaxing massage and check the place out! She really is about treating the body, mind and spirit!

I can be one of those "bad things" that happen to bad people.
