As much as I wanted to be a part of this film as a sewer, being rejected was not all that bad of a thing. I have more work to show for my efforts as a designer and maker of period clothing.

I will be seeing this film many times in the theater, as I have been a Russell Crowe fan since 1997.

True, but I want it to be seen, and not with the strange looks I would earn if I showed up at the grocery store in it.  LOL  Now if I dated a Knight, I could wear it at home, but I'm single, so it would just be wasted to wear it washing dishes ...

The new trailer looks good. I think they are trying to stay away from making this looking anything like Errol Flynn's or Kevin Costner's versions. At least Crowe can do a fairly decent English accent! I feel that it will be well worth seeing, and a treat for any of us who have ever donned garb and travelled through time. May have to pull out my English Longbow that I picked up last spring at Scarby and play a little "Robin" myself (in the back yard with haybales playing the Sheriff's baddies).

From a good friend of mine who has seen a rough cut of the film,  says it will be awesome when it comes out this May. I also heard that Russell Crowe is finally getting his Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
