Oh, LadyK!!!  I'm so sorry to hear of Sidekick's scary event... and so very relieved that he's expected to make a full recovery!!!  Wish we could be there to celebrate with all of you... but I know it will be just as lovely, and as lively, as the last such celebration, with as many friends, loved ones and well-wishers!  Congratulations, and many happy returns of the day...

Thanks y'all. I took him to Scarby yesterday for a few hours and while he wanted to stay longer I thought he was looking worn out so made him come home for the day. After feeding him dinner I dragged him to the grocery store for 2 hours of intense label reading. He slept for about 10 hours (one way to keep him out of trouble).

Today I have him cleaning the living room with me. The physical therapist from ip rehab assured me that housework would be good for him. ...since I have to keep him busy so he doesn't revert to couch potato mode...He's doomed on that front.

Why, thank you gentle beings for the lavish words, though somewhat undeserved.  The pictures nearly took themselves, and could have done no less given the subjects.

Eventually there will be more, I haven't scratched the surface of the recession or the reception yet.  Even when I have scratched the surface, I cannot begin to compare with the superb showings of Ronald the Bald.  He managed some awesome coverage.

Never think even for a brief moment that I don't realize that, Lady Kett. She was beautiful when I first saw her 47 years ago, and she remains so even to this day. She is my world.

Stalkwell, I realize some of it is serendipity, but you did capture the essence of Nimue. Thank you, and all of those who were taking pictures.

There is yet another special day approaching...we need to concentrate on that....
