Adjusting to the time change

I don't know whether I'm sleepy or hungry. But I am yawning a lot.

I hate it when they change the clocks, especially forward.

I did just fine yesterday.

Today?  Was unable to wake up until an hour after my alarm went off.   Just when I was finally making progress adjusting my sleep/wake schedule to where I wanted it for work, the clocks change and throw everything out of whack! 

Sigh.  Wasn't there something about phasing daylight savings time out completely?  When's that gonna happen?
