Anyone know of any shops at MNRF looking for work? I've worked out there for the past 7 years as a sales person, I'm reliable and hard-working. I've also done a bit of entertaining as a Bust Duster at other festivals.

Not for a shop, and it would be a volunteer contract, but in case you are interested:

Terpsichory Courtly Dance Troupe is looking for a Main Speaker for our 2011 stage show at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival.

Details:
We perform 4/5 stage shows a day. These are 30 minutes each, plus preshow call and postshow wrapup.
We also participate in Opening Gate, Post Parade Show, Closing Gate, Morning Court Dance and Evening Court Dance.
We perform all 7 weekends and on Labor Day (15 performance days).
We are willing to find two speakers who can each do half of the shows/days.

Requirements:
Must provide their own Lord/Lady outfit.
Ability to project to outdoor audience without a mic.
Past acting experience preferred.
Dancing is not required. (We will dance for you.)
