I really wanted something more feel good to contribute, but ....... there was a doctors office in a strip mall out in Vegas - He had his name in large orange molded letters on the side of the building that as you were driving out tropicana you could only see his last name between other buildings, his last name being Ursick but as you drove along it looked like U R  SICK

Oh and we have a local dentist named Kervorkian.  He doesn't play it up, but he doesn't play it down either.

Back in the early 1980's, I went to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with several of the kids in the family that owned Petz Pets.  (Their last name actually was Petz.)

The store was on the corner of Geyer Springs @ Baseline Rd.  They sold it in 1995.
