The sleet didn't bother me much last year...a little nippy, but at least I didn't sweat.

I can bundle up pretty good against the cold and wet, so I wasn't suffering too much either.  Just gotta keep my hands and toes tucked in.

I think this year, we can be better prepared if it does get that cold again. Sure, the Cubette will be bundled up to where she will get lost in the stroller, but hey, at least she will be warm! lol...

Part of the charm of Sherwood is the changes and growth from year to year.  Never know what's new when we walk through the gates opening weekend.

A-Frame think about it

It's on my list of possibles for the near future. But I am thinking more along the lines of a tent that I can set up for the season. A cheapo really because you never know if a limb will fall. And I am not willing to leave a camper in the woods for that reason.
