I've read reports that people using this service receive a TON of telemarketer calls and text messages.  User beware.

DB- Your'e right on that, I called my friend who uses this service and she said you DO get telemarketer calls.The heck with that!

there's also 1-800-GOOG-411, the free google 411 line.

Also you need to remember that even though you are dialing a toll-free 800 number, you are still going to be charged for airtime for making the call.
