All the way down to Bristol from the U. P. of Michigan.  Pretty much the entire length of Wisconsin. We also do MN every year.  We use to hit just about every faire in the state and two or three in MN but with the price of gas it may be just Bristol an MNRF this year.

GLMF earlier this month, it was over 1100 miles round trip, over 17 hours total in the car.

MiRF is it for me this year. It's about 2 hours away and I get to go every weekend if I have no conflicting interest. Hollygrove is home and I love attending every chance I get.

'Bout 600 miles from Tucson to the '86 Lake Isabella Warfaire. Can't really count the 7000 mile Long Beach Ca to Bedivere Castle UK trip as I was employed by me father's brother Samuel at the time::)
My intentions are to commandeer a venue, sail to Tortuga, then pick, strum and otherwise play me weasily black guts out.

Blue and I drove to BARF last St. Paddie's day.  It took about 18 hours to drive the 1000 miles, but it was worth it.  Also, her trip to KyRF took her a tad over the 1000 mile marker, so we will be looking at Maryland to extend our "journies!!!"

Longest airline flight inspired by faire: LGA to MSP, to go to Petersen's Farm (Shakopee). 3 hours?

Longest bus trip inspired by faire: Port Authority Bus Terminal to Fairehaven (Charlotte) 11 hours with a stop in Durham to meet the person I would be sharing the last hundred miles of trip with.

Longest solo trip going it with no help: When I worked behind the scenes at Maine (7.5 hours with small layovers in Boston and Portsmouth, NH).

Cheapest faire trip: $2.00 one way from me and Mrs. apartment a stone toss from the Rabbit Warren (Coney) to the Abbey (Cloisters).

My home faire is RPFS (Renaissance Pleasure Faire South).

The farthest I've gone for faire is Colorado Springs Faire.  Otherwise the usual ones would be Las Vegas and Arizona.

My longest trip has been from Syracuse NY to MDRF, about 360 miles. It's usually a 5hr drive staying just outside of Baltimore.

Well were were trying to plan a trip to Colorado for Faire but economics killed that.
So 250 miles to TRF has the prize so far.

TRF was the furthest I have traveled for a faire. It was over 1,100 miles from Cincinnati, Ohio. But I wouldn't trade the drive or the experience for the world. I'm trying to get the household to go with me this coming season :)

Currently the farthest is KYRF, about an hour and a half away (Google says 90 miles)

This summer we are planning on attending GLMF (Google says 296 miles, about 5 hours)
Texas is VERY iffy. If for no other reason than the fact we have a new puppy.

The farthest I've gone was by accident, In 2007 I was driving through New Mexico and had stopped on a Friday night in Alamagordo. The kid at the motel desk saw the kilt and started talking about a faire in Cloudcroft, so I stopped by there the next day, that's about 800 miles from Houston.

I'm telling you, I lived further away last year, and it only took me about 4-4 1/2 hours to get to GLMF. And I did the trip four Sundays in a row. And we live closer. Five hours my tail, lol. Only if we have to stop all of the time ;)
