I'm thinking I want some scallops tonight. Grilled and drizzled with a pan asian sauce...Maybe with some fresh steamed broccoli.

Okay Anna now your making me hungry and here it is I just ate dinner tonight which consisted of:
Oven baked burgers
Baked Beans
and since it was my mom's birthday we had cake and ice cream.

I'm thinkin'....soy bacon.  Granola with vanilla soy milk.  Maybe some toast with jam.

I want breakfast!

Indian curried lentils

I made Mulligatawney soup.  I've always loved it in Indian restaurants and made it for the first time tonight.  The experiment was a huge success - it was  so gooooood!!
