Lady Nicolette

Traditional chicken cacciatore tonight...Tomorrow, bake all day ribs (these marinate for two days in advance of slow cooking).  Since I'm home for a few weeks, I'm catering to my teen's gustatory whims.

Tonight, it's angus steaks, portabella mushrooms, asparagus w/ garlic slices, onions all grilled on the new pit :)  with a side of rice pilaf.  And for dessert, apple (for me) and pear (for him) with brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves cooked on the remaining coals .  yum yum yum :)
