pan-fried chuck eye steak, oven roasted corn on the cob, mashed sweet potatoes, and crowder peas. A mix of fresh cooked grub and left overs.

Tuna salad sammiches on whole multi-grain bread... requested by my renlet, because they're a favorite, and she gets to chop the dill pickles.

Beef fajitas (made with actual skirt steak and my own seasonings), with lots of different colored bell peppers, onions with all the fixin's.

Today I slow cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts with one can of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of water with brown sugar (should have used less water the result is a little soupy,) peppers and onions.  YUM!!!!!  I also made Au gratin potatos and candied carrots.
