Faire Weekend Weather and Attendances

I wish all the best for weather and attendance to make this year very successful.

I was there on opening weekend and it was hot Saturday and Rainy Sunday.
Attendance seemed a bit low on both days.

How was it for Romance Weekend?  I saw the weather reports predicted rain and thunderstorms.

Weather reports currently predict thunderstorms on this coming Saturday and Sunday also.

Weather was about the same this past weekend as opening weekend.
Still a great time was had by all i think.

Sunday had about as much rain as Sunday of opening weekend but my lady and I were surprised at the number who were still arriving throughout the day.  Talked to one gamer in the afternoon who had already doubled the prior Sunday's take.

Sadly I am under the weather so don't think it is likely I will be able to make it this weekend.

But you never know.

I am shooting on Celtic weekend for now.

current weather reports are 40% chance of thunderstorms on saturday; sunday has gone to "partly sunny" - no mention of precipitation.

of course that could change in minutes - this is Upstate NY.

We attended today, Saturday! The parking lot was jammed full! I was amazed at how many people were there!
The rain held off until after the 'dunking' of the Sheriff.

It was the crowdest i have ever seen the faire today !Parking lot was packed and their were long lines for tickets .That is good news that attendence is doing well !

yup - what rain we had was practically un-noticed compared to the previous two weekends - good crows both days.

I'm hoping the remaing three weekends duplicate this one!

Well the long range forcast for next weeknd  is  warm and sunny on saturday  . So that should be good  for  the faire.   Sunday  they are saying  muggy  with  thunderstorms  in the afternoon.     Have to love  Summer time  in the northeast ! Typical weather !
