Meet and Greet?

We are coming from MiRf first two weekends in October is there a Meet and Greet or gathering place where everyone meets? We would like to say hello when we are there to other RF members.

We have a tailgate meet & greet each morning of faire ... 1st row in the parking lot starting between 8:30 - 0900. Also we can be found at the White Hart throughout the day.

Several of us do a meet & greet at the Dragon Inn from 11AM - Noon.  Please come and join in!

I wish I could drag my arz out of bed in time to get up there to tailgate... 9 am on a sat is still the middle of my night!
