 So far I am OK. Good I am setting a flu shot example? LOl.  Bring on the needles! Not going to lose one precious day of faire to being sick!
But wait until I see the pollen fairy this year. She and her brother the Mold Troll are making me miserable.
I worked on wands and staffs a bit today. I have some exciting new things in the making!
I hope this glorious weather holds for faire- like all of it!
I can't wait to see everyone soon!!!

Yeah I agree let this weather remain...the house smells sweet... I have your room cleaned and alllll ready!!! Even mopped the floor and we shook the carpet outside! The house is looking very Octobery! All the big Animatronic things are now out and the house is decked out in purple,orange and such... Pirate got new clothes!!!  Nearly finished with my new fairy garb!! YEAH! This is gonna be fun!!! Cat

We had twin sheep and twin goats born yesterday...The little sheep(1 boy,1 girl) are black with white app markings like their dad the goats are a white boy and a gold girl.... we named the girls Buttercup(goat) and Nutmeg(sheep)  the boys I am not worried about naming as they are going to be sold!   Now there is even more for you to see!

Cat - I seem to remember you asking several months ago if anyone had pictures of  your "Puss in Boots" garb from last All Hallows Eve at TRF.  I was looking through some pics from last season and found this shot of you from behind as you walked toward the POW.  Did you make this?  Your costume looked splendid coming and going.

My mom bought a special treat for all of us.... Edradour Scotch   Way too much money and actually WORTH it... so we will be sipping high on the hog! Gonna be a great year!!!!

 Wow! That will be a wonderful treat. I have never had that Scotch.I have been low on the hog- or no hog at all- all this summer! Frugal has been my mode.I splurged and bought a small bottle of Ballentines Scotch! Sigh.

That scotch sounds wonderful, and fit for a Queen's palate for sure! Do tell me how it is and your impression of it.

Young Sir Joseph is very excited and when I asked him what is the first thing he wants to do when heading into the gates, his answer " I need to find Queen Bonnie mom! I have to tell her about all the peeps I have slain this year and that I am killing Candy Corn too, because that is the food of the evil peeps and it gives them their power and makes them fat and fluffy!"
