Fairmily are for witnesses for the defense, camera operators, co-conspirators, tossing out the ravers, ER drivers, bumming smokes, watching your back, never let Fraser live down his beer fountain trick, and generaly someone there to point and laugh at you when you slosh your beer down your shirt.

Did I forget anything?

Yeah... the part where they don't let you sleep on the ground by yourself.  


Well, unless you're laying in a pool of... beer fountain.    Then... you're pretty much on your own...    

I DID continue drinking.... the beer was a wee bit heavy and i hadn't trained as hard year before last...  

Yeah, we know you kept drinking, and as I very vaguely and fuzzily recall that was the year you earned the title Lord of the Rusty Nail, wasn't it?

THAT was Scarby/RenDezvous... no training involved!  Most mortals would've been hospitalized with alcohol poisoning... but, then again, I'm not your average mortal.

But from what I understand (because you told me so... ) you don't remember how you got that way, or much of anything else from right after tailgate that morning until you woke up later...      

And yes, Scarby RenDezvous was last year... the beer fountain was the year before that... 


Hmmm... anyone else starting to see a pattern emerging?

And hey, I was gone today for a whole... well, almost 2 hours... so I could have missed, ohhh.. lots of stuff, if anyone had been posting anything that wasn't already old news!   


I'll be at Faire this weekend, though... and I'm sure someone, somewhere will miss me... maybe.  (sniff, sniff)  Oh, and speaking of Faire... I'm bringing bellinis and mimosas!!!  LOTS of bellinis and mimosas...

Ahhh! But nothing bad from TRF/AHE this past season!  


Nasty & I even managed to avoid any drama... and the various trainwrecks that appeared in our path.  We had the R/F banner flying proud next to the Lion of Caladon!

True... this last season was pretty smooth sailing the whole way!  Of course, you were surrounded by pretty drama-free neighbors on all sides, as well...  


So, maybe something happened last season that made you realize how awesome it can be to actually remember an amazing evening with friends and Fairemily by your side?    Or, maybe you just had the urge to try something different...  

Whatever it was, though... it was pretty amazing.  I had a wonderful time last season, and I'm hoping it will be the same this year.  


Thanks, hon!  You might say the same to Rapier, also, because he and a couple of the kids will be there, as well!  And so will Merlin and his Lady, and Angus, to!   Wish you, Nasty and Mouse could make it up, as well... that would make it just about perfect!
