Free Costume Workshop Sat Oct 10
« on: October 05, 2009, 07:27:44 PM »
Want to come to the Feast or the Faire, but haven't a thing to wear?! No problem! We can help you out in that area.  It's a free costume workshop where you bring your favorite fabric, and get a basic outfit measured, cut, and sewn right on the spot!

When: Saturday October 10'th (2'nd Saturday in October)

Where: Kennedy Douglas Center for the Arts in Florence, AL (217 E. Tuscaloosa St, FLorence, AL 35630)

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

What you need: 3 yards of your favorite fabric, minimum 60 inches wide

Remember the costume isn't going to be anything elaborate. It's very simple and basic, but you can then take it home and "dress it up" to make it something spectacular! Above all - it's totally 100% FREE!!!!

Not sure where the Art center is located? No problem. Here's a map image below to help you find your way! Hope to see you there!!
