Official Sherwood 2010 Roll Call: Who, What, When, Where?

Once we have the GPS survey completed for the campgrounds, I'll post it here, so that folks will be able to see where all the groups have established claims. That way folks can state what group they are camping with.

December 12th weekend is close approaching. I believe this will be the weekend that I will get 100% of the reserved camping area reserved and marked off and some form of clearing commenced.

For folks who came onsite earlier and laid a claim without my being there, I will review your claim area and meet with your group leaders. At least one group mentioned plans on staking a claim in an area between two other groups that is actually a 40 ft wide barrier area and not subject to claiming. I promised physical barriers (brush) between groups and I will enforce this. There is also another large area that is the future Participant/Vendor campgrounds that some folks want to claim, that I will post as "No Camping" on this upcoming weekend.

My Lady and I will be there opening weekend and as many other as we can.  We will probably be camping.

I + 3 will be there opening day, 2/27. Not sure if we'll attend Sunday depends on the temperature at night. We don't do well camping in the cold. But if we do decided to camp it will be with PR.

I will sadly miss opening weekend.  Will be in the islands fulfilling a promise.  I hope to be there every weekend after that.  Dont know about camping as of yet. See you there.

Well, if I'm gonna be up and ready to do bad for the next season at Scarby LOL. I don't know, I may come out for one weekend. Big maybe though.

We will definitely be out for opening and closing, camping in the Clan Procrastination camp.  If all goes well we will be there most of the 6 weekends.  I intend to by season passes.

Will probably camp at least one other to be determined and will be out as many Saturdays as I can on day trips
