Chateau de Montafilan is located to the west of Corseul, France.

The castle was built by the Counts of MONTAFILAN DINAN the twelfth century. The last owner, Françoise de Dinan was the preceptor of Anne of Brittany.

Cachtice Castle is a castle ruin in Slovakia next to the village of Cachtice.

Cachtice was built in the mid-13th century by Kazimir from the Hont-Pazmany gens as a sentry on the road to Moravia.

Castillo de Fonte Arcada is located in Peroxa, Ourense, Spain.

Dobra Niva is the ruins of a castle located in the village Podzamcok.

The castle was probably built in response to Mongolian Invasion. It is documented as a royal property in 1305 and 1306.

Bokalce Castle is a castle turned mansion in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.

Castillo de Tebra is located just west of Tebra, Spain.

The castle was primarily constructed in 1478 by Pedro Madruga. It was partially torn down and rebuilt during the reigns of Isabella I and her daughter Juana I. In 1533 it became the seat of the Conde de Camiña.

Castillo de Os Novais, also called Torrenovaes, is located between Os Novais and Quiroga, Spain.

The castle Hilfikon is a castle in Hilfikon in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland.

The first written mention of the castle was in the Habsburg land register of 1303/07. According to this year were 1290 and Arnoldus Marchwardus Hilfikon of the owner of the castle, as well as belonging to basic and low-court mastery over the village.

Ellinge Castle is a castle in the village Ellinge in West Sallerups parish in Eslov, Sweden.

The exact age of the castle is unknown. Erland Galen was recorded as the owner in the early 1200's. The moat is still there though some of the exterior walls have changed.

Caerhays Castle or Carhayes Castle is located 0.5 mi (0.80 km) south of St Michael Caerhays, a village in Cornwall, England.

In the Early Middle Ages, the manor belonged to the Arundell family. The earliest record of the name is Karihaes in 1259, and is recorded as Carihays in 1379, but its original meaning is obscure. The current exterior of the main keep was done in 1808 and done in the style of a Norman castle, and much larger than the original.

Himmelberg is a castle in Carinthia, Austria.

Knin Fortress is partially ruined fortress located just above Knin, Croatia.

The construction of the fortress started as early as 9th century, while the current state was brought up in 17th and 18th centuries. Some of the older interior construction can still be seen in walls and steps.
