We have some champagne left over from the wedding.  I can bring 5 or 6 bottles.

We did the estimate on total number expected, but there were quite a few kids in that number who probably did not have any.  WE had to be lightweights as we were jumping in the car to drive to the Fredericksburg area right after the reception.  Grabbed a couple of bottles for the trip, but discovered more when we got back to Lawrence's sister's house afterwards.  We generally prefer wine anyway.  Thus, supplies for RenDezvous!

Orange jiuce -- Merlin
Grape Juice -- DonaCatalina

Muffins -- Blue
Tables -- Zaubon and angusmacinnes
Napkins -- Bonny and MacKee
Plates -- mieljolie
Cups -- mieljolie
Chicken Bisquits -- Lady Kett


To the wonderful people who have volunteered these wonderful things... ummm.. that's WONDERFUL ! (I have such a way with words)
Zaubon and Angus... I'm bringing 1 table that is probably about 3 x 5... I'm guessing 2 more would be sufficient.
Can those who have a graciously volunteered these snacks try to arrive by 9am please?

Greyshadow.... I will bring enough champagne to get us started until you arrive with yours.

EDIT: I'll grab some trash bags just in case, I know we'll need them.

And if the food and drinks could get there closer to 8:30, that'd be great...at this point, thats the time we have on the schedule for Tailgate.

Merlin - no need to worry!  The Queen and I are early birds when it comes to faire.  We (and the champagne) will be there around 8, I'm sure.

I will try to bring something protein-ish like kolachkes or breakfast tacos or something to help give people a nice, solid base for their drinki...er...day, yeah, day...that's the word. :)

Will be bringing something for the tailgate not sure what yet but will make sure it is enough for everyone. We will be there between 8-8:30 am.
