Tailgate Volunteers Needed

For the Rendezvous at Scarborough Faire.... we need some locals to help with the pre-canon tailgate supplies.
We want this to be this best Rendezvous ever..... let's show great Texas hospitality to these wonderful people who are traveling from far away to come see our home faire.

Here's what we need:

Kolaches
Donuts -- angusmacinnes
Fruit plates
Champagne -- Merlin and Var Greyshadow
Orange jiuce -- Merlin
Grape Juice -- DonaCatalina
Danishes
Muffins -- Blue
Tables -- Zaubon and angusmacinnes
Napkins -- Bonny and MacKee
Plates -- mieljolie
Cups -- mieljolie
Chicken Bisquits -- Lady Kett


We want to prepare for about 100 people.
Please step up and volunteer to donate some stuff. Let's get a list going so we have all the bases covered.

Great!  Just sometime before 10am... I plan on getting there around 8-8:30 just to get parked up front in the FOF parking and set up some things.

Am I forgetting anything? We don't intend for this to be a full breakfast spread.... just some welcoming treats and drinks.

I'll also bring some trash bags to discard our things properly.

I'm planning on bringing a tray or two of Chik Fil A's mini chicken biscuits on Saturday morning. Sadly they are not open Sundays though. I can scope out something else for Sunday if you want/need me to.
