The great thing about finding this community of people is that I don't feel so 'weird' now.  Before finding this place, I thought I was the only one who got excited about RenFest 9 months before it actually came around, now I see I'm not the only one!

Hi, everyone,

We might like to either camp near or visit McLotofus, if no one minds.  Sounds fun.  We will be early on Friday to set up on opening weekend.  We've been pondering camping near the "quickie mart" like last year, but I was wondering if your group has many younger kids?  My daughter would love to have some kids her age to hang out with.  She is 5.  It would be great if she didn't have to walk far from camp to play.

so i broke down and bought (again) a new air mattress since my old one got misplaced........damn air mattress gnomes....

Okay folks, we're getting down to the wire. I estimate 15-20 people camping with McLotofus opening weekend. That's the amount of groceries I'm going to buy, unless we have some more people step up and announce their intention to camp with us by Wednesday. I don't want to leave anybody hungry, but groceries have gotten expensive this year. If you want to join us in camp please step forward and let us know so we can have enough supplies.
